摘 要:目的掌握广州市碘盐生产和居民食用情况,确保居民食用合格碘盐,有效防治碘缺乏病。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》的规定,对广州市碘盐定点加工企业、一级批发企业和居民户碘盐中碘的含量进行监测。结果生产加工企业及批发企业共监测30次,合格30次,批质量合格率100%。对2880户居民加碘盐的检测发现,加碘盐中碘的含量均值为32.3mg/kg,合格率为88.0%,合格碘盐的居民使用率为90.3%。结论广州市碘盐定点加工企业、一级批发企业碘盐合格率高,但居民食用碘盐合格率尚未达到《碘盐缺乏病消除标准》合格率大于90%的要求。Objective To survey the current status of production and consumption of iodized salt in Guangzhou, improve the quality of iodized salt and control iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) effectively. Methods According to the requirement of national surveillance project for iodized salt, the iodine content in iodized salt from the appointed manufacturers, the first-level wholesale compames and resident households was detected. Resuits Thirty batches of iodized salt from the appointed manufacturers were all qualified. The result of the detection of iodine content in iodized salt in resident households indicated that the average iodine content was 32. 3 mg/kg, the qualified rate was 88.0%. The usage rate of qualified iodized salt by residents was 90. 3%. Conclusion The qualified rates of iodized salt processed by appointed manufacturers and in the first level wholesale companies were high, but the qualified rate of iodized salt for residents has not met the requirement of 〉90%.
