摘　　要：本文对９０年代以来，我国部分医学院校实施学分制改革中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了解决办法。This paper analyzes a few problems in the reform of credit system at certain medical universities and colleges since 90s, and offers some solutions- The reform in credit system not onlyconcerns extention and contraction of schooling system, or distribution of se1ective and compulsorycourses, it also makes new requirements and breakthrough of importamt sectors such as trainingobjectives,course Setup and teaching methods- The perfection of credit systcm reform lies in the socialmechanism concerned,talent training and common understanding of leaders and teachers.
