协同凝集实验诊断副溶血性弧菌感染的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的建立了一种快速简便的副溶血性弧菌的检测方法。方法将抗副溶血性弧菌多克隆抗体包被到金黄色葡萄球菌CowanI株上制成SPA菌体试剂,建立协同凝集试验(COA),检测样品中可能的副溶血性弧菌。结果COA检测的敏感性为2×106cfu/mL,检测过程为5min。112份临床标本的测定结果与培养法相比较,COA的特异性、敏感性、诊断符合率分别是100%、94.2%、97.3%。结论本研究为发展简便、敏感和快速的副溶血性弧菌的协同凝集检测试剂鉴定基础。Objective To develop a simple and rapid method for detecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods Staphylococcus aureus Cowan I was coated with anti Vibrio parahaemolyticus polyclonal antibodies and a coagglutination test （COA）detecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus in 112 samples was established. Results The detect limit of COA was 2 × 10^6 cfu/mL, and the detect time was 5 min. When 112 samples were tested, the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of the test, compared with standard culture methods,were 100% ,94.2% ,97.3%,respectively.Conclusion This study lays a foundation for establishing simple and less time-consuming Vibrio parahaemolyticus Coagglutination Test kit.
