摘　　要：大众化理论引入我国高等教育界已有时日,但以大众化视角对自学考试非学历教育的认识还较为缺乏,此次调查正是基于对四川省非学历教育的发展进行问卷和分析,试图描述出非学历证书考试存在的现状和问题,为非学历教育的发展提出改进建议。Popularization theory has been introduced to the higher education community in China for some time. However, under- standing the self - taught examination of non - diploma education is relatively less from the popularization perspective. This paper, based on a survey and analysis of the development of non - diploma education in Sichuan Province, attempts to describe the present situations and problems in the non -certificate -oriented examination and points out improvement measurements for the development of non - diploma education.
