摘 要:从新疆伊犁土壤中筛选得到一株脂肪酶产生菌株Y-605,通过对该菌株相关生理生化特征的测定及其酶学性质的研究,鉴定其为节杆菌属。研究了不同pH值、温度对其酶学性质的影响。结果表明,其最适生长温度45℃,最适pH值8.0,在pH值7.0~9.0、温度40~50℃之间有较好的稳定性。A lipase producing strain, Y-605 ,was isolated from the soil in Ill Prefecture, Xinjiang. Its physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied and the properties of lipase were analyzed at the same time. Based on physiological and biochemical indices identification, Y-605 was belonged to Arthrobacter sp. The optimum temperature for lipase activity was 45℃ and the optimum pH value was 8.0, when the temperature between 40℃ and 50℃,and pH between 7.0 and 9.0,the lipase activities were still very high.
