摘  要:以香菇柄为试验材料,研究了超微粉碎处理对香菇柄多糖提取的影响。显微观察和粒径分析表明,香菇柄超微粉多为短小菌丝纤维,中位径为5.16μm,且粒径分布较均匀。不同提取时间比较试验表明,香菇柄超微粉多糖溶出率平均为粗粉多糖溶出率的2.17倍。通过正交试验进一步优化得出香菇柄超微粉提取多糖工艺条件为提取时间4 h,提取温度90℃,液料比为30∶1(mL∶g),提取两次。The effect of super fine crushing on the extraction of polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes stem was studied in this paper. Microscopic observation and particle size analysis showed that super fine powder presented shorter fibers within visual field, with a median diameter of 5.16μm and a more uniform size distribution. Under different extraction time the results of the contrast test showed that the polysaccharide yield of super fine powder was about 2 times more than that of ordinary powder. According to the results of orthogonal test the optimal conditions of super fine powder polysaccharide extraction were as follows: extraction time for 4h, extraction temperature at 70℃, ratio of liquid to solid 30:1 (mL:g), extraction for 2 times. Under these conditions the polysaccharide yield of super fine powder was 5.1%. The results indicated that super fine crushing could promote the dissolution of polysaccharide in Lentinus edodes stem.
