对护理人员防治甲型H1N1流感的分层次培训

摘　　要：目的加强护理人员对甲型H1N1流感知识与技能的培训，提高防控能力。方法根据所承担的不同防控任务，将850名护理人员分为梯队人员、临床护理人员、外围相关人员3个层次；采用目标教学法制定各层次认知、技能和态度目标；采取集体授课、分组讨论、操作演练等形式进行培训。结果总体参训率100％，总体优秀率91．5％；第1层次人员理论与操作考核优秀率均为100％；第2层次理论考核优秀率88．1％。结论采用分层次培训法对护理人员进行培训，可以在短期内提高护理人员防控甲型H1N1流感的能力。Objective To strengthen nursing staff s＇ knowledge of influenza A （ H1N1 ） and improve the capability of protection. Methods According to different tasks undertaken, 850 nursing staff were divided into 3 levels ： echelon personnel, clinical nursing staff and peripheral related personnel. The goal for each level including recognition, skills and attitudes were adopted by teaching target method, such as the collective lecture, discussion, operation et al. Results Total participation rate wasl00%, excellence rate was 91.5%. The excellent rate of theory and practice among the first level of personnel was100% , while that among the second level of personnel was 88.1%. Conclusions Hierarchical training for nurses can enhance nursing staff to prevention influenza pandemic H1N1 in short-tenn.
