摘　　要：目的探讨钒酸盐衍生物(VOD)对正常大鼠及链脲佐菌素(STZ)性糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。方法选用大鼠,尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。结果VOD可以明显改善糖尿病动物的糖代谢,而不影响正常动物的血糖水平,对糖尿病大鼠的血脂均无影响。结论结果提示VOD对SD大鼠具有降血糖作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of vanadate derivatives（VOD）on the level of blood sugar in experimental diabetic mice induced by STZ. METHODS Diabetic mice model was preparated by tail vein injection of streptozotocin. The hypoglycemic effect of VOD in normal rats and streptozotocin（STZ）-diabetic rats was studied. RESULTS It was found that VOD could improve the glycometabolism in STZ-rats. CONCLUSION The results indicate vanadate derivatives（VOD）can lower the glucose level in blood of mice.
