三级甲等精神病专科医院护士职业紧张和紧张反应的研究

摘　　要：目的：评价三级甲等精神病专科医院护士职业紧张和紧张反应强度。方法：应用职业紧张量表修订版（OSI-R）对96名三级甲等精神病专科医院护士（护士组）和72名非卫生部门脑力劳动者（对照组）进行了测试。结果：职业任务得分护士组为146.06±15.83，对照组为127.04±14.17，差异有显著性（P〈0.01），主要紧张源为责任感、任务过重和任务不适应。心理紧张反应因子得分护士组为26.25±7.14，对照组为21.06±6.60，差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。女护士心理紧张反应因子得分为27.31±6.35，男护士为22.04±6.39，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；职业任务总分男护士为155.31±15.24，女护士为142.73±15.82，两者之间差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：三级甲等精神病专科医院护士存在明显职业紧张和紧张反应，男女护士职业紧张源不同。Objective：This study was conducted to assess occupational stress and stress reaction in psychiatric nurses of Grade -A -Class -Three hospital. Methods：Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition （OSI-R） was utilized in present study for the survey among 96 nurses （ named as nurse group） in above hospital and 72 brainworkers out of health department （ named as control group）. Results： The occupational task score was 146.06±15.83 in nurse group and 127.04±14.17 in control group, respectively, significance was noticed （P〈0.01）, the predominant stressors were the sense of responsibility, over-load of work and duty mal-ad- aptation. The psychological tension response factors in nurse group were 26.25±7.14 and 21.06 ±6.60 in control group, significance was also observed （P 〈 0.01 ）, in which the female nurses scored 27.31±6.35, and the male nurses scored 22.04±6.39, there was difference （P 〈0.05 ） ;The occupational role questionnaire （ORQ） score was 155.31±15.24 in male nurses, and 142.73±15.82 in female nurses, there was difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： There exists significant occupational stress and stress reaction in psychiatric nurses of Grade - A - Class - Three hospital, the occupational stressors differs between male and females.
