摘　　要：本科生导师制是在深化人才培养模式改革,提高本科生培养质量的大背景下提出的。从实施本科生班导师制的意义出发,探讨了班导师的特点、班导师的实施方案以及班导师的实践。实践表明,班导师制对本科生培养质量的提高起到了积极的促进作用,探索和研究本科生导师制的实施方案是非常有意义的。The system of class supervisors for undergraduates is put forward under the background of deepening talented cultivation reform and improving undergraduates＇ cultivation quality. From the significane of class supervisors for undergraduates we discuss the characteristics, implantation plan and practice of class supervisors, Practice demonstrates that the system of class supervisors plays an active role in improving the quality of undergraduates, it＇s very significant to explore and research the implantation of class supervisors.
