摘　　要：2008年6月,上海电视大学接受了国际开放与远程教育协会(ICDE)的质量评审,这在我国尚属首次。通过此次评审,我们对ICDE的质量评审有了较为全面深入的了解,其中最深切的就是ICDE评审中的跨文化意识。作为目前国际远程教育领域中的权威性组织,ICDE的质量评审体系中体现了对现代远程教育文化进行整合的愿望,对现代远程教育质量保证体系细则的认同化追求,对现代远程教育多元文化教育的追求以及对提升现代远程教育公众信心的追求,显示了强烈的跨文化意识。这种意识所引领的ICDE质量评审活动,将在世界范围内大大提升远程教育的公众信心,促使远程教育在人类教育文化中发挥越来越大的作用。Shanghai Television University accepted the quality audit of ICDE （International Council for Open and Distance Education） as the first open university in China in June, 2008. Through this quality audit, we have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the ICDE quality audit, especially cross-cultural awareness in the audit. As a authoritative organizations in the field of international distance education, the audit quality of ICDE expresses the aspirations for the integration of distance education culture, the recognition and pursuit of the details of distance education quality assurance system, the pursuit of multi-culture education and enhancing public confidence in the pursuit, and shows the strong cross-cultural awareness. This awareness led by the ICDE quality audit, will greatly enhance public confidence in distance education in the worldwide, and push distance education to play a more and more important role in human education culture.
