摘  要:介绍了粉末活性炭、颗粒活性炭、001×7阳离子交换树脂、颗粒活性炭001×7阳离子交换树脂对柠檬酸发酵液的脱色效果以及损耗程度,确定了适合柠檬酸发酵液的脱色剂及脱色工艺。该工艺的研究不仅降低了柠檬酸的生产成本而且对整个有机酸以及氨基酸行业的脱色工序都有重要的实际意义。The effects of powdered activated carbon, granular activated carbon, 001× 7 cation exchange resin and granular activated carbon -001 × 7 cation exchange resin on the decolorization of citric acid fermentation broth and the loss of citric acid were discussed. The optimal decoloring agent and decolorizing technology for citric acid fermentation broth were determined. The research on decolorizing technology of citric acid fermentation broth would not only decrease the production cost of citric acid, but also have considerably practical significance on the decolorizing treatment in organic acid and amino acid industries.
