摘  要:通过对几份土样的初筛比较研究发现,活禽摊土是谷氨酸产生菌的较好的生长环境。利用纸层析法对初筛菌株进行复筛,定向筛选到1株谷氨酸产生菌,初步鉴定为1株短杆菌(Brevibacterium sp.)。比浊法测定其生长规律为:延滞期为0h^6h,对数生长期为6h^16h,稳定期为16h^20h,20h以后进入衰亡期。。In comparison with several soil samples,it was that the soil sample feeded poultry which was the best soil samples for enriching glutamic acid producing strain. After repetitious screening by filter paper chromatography method, a strain producing glutamic acid was directed screened. It was identified as Brevibacterium sp. by shape and biochemistry reaction. The growth curve was made by turbidimetry, it showed that 0 - 6h was lag phase,6h- 16h was logarithmic phase, 16h -20h was stationary phase and after 20h was decline phase.
