白泥回转窑模糊控制及MATLAB仿真实现

摘　　要：制浆碱回收白泥煅烧过程具有非线性、大时滞等特点,采用传统PID控制方法很难达到理想的效果。因此在实际应用中采用模糊控制算法。介绍了一种基于模糊算法的回转窑温度控制系统,并在MATLAB的环境下对该系统的实际运行效果进行了仿真模拟,结果显示该方法较好地完成了控制目标。The process of lime mud burning is time-dependent, nonlinear and has time delay, the traditional control methods of PID are hard to achieve the satisfying result. Therefore, the fuzzy control method is widely introduced in practice. The paper discusses a typical kiln of which the rotary kiln temperature is controlled bused on the fuzzy algorithm, and make a simulation about the dynamic action of the system under the platform of MATLAB. The result proves that the fuzzy method can perfectly realize the controlling objective.
