摘 要:灾后重建是一个长期的过程,灾后心理的恢复更是一项艰巨的任务,特别是灾区儿童心理恢复,更是心理专家和所有教育工作者以及全社会高度关注的问题。利用社会的一切力量对灾区儿童心理重建提供科学的,有效的心理援助,帮助他们尽早走出灾难的阴霾,重燃生活的希望,是全社会急需解决的问题。本文从体育教学入手,根据灾区青少年学生的具体情况,结合体育的特殊功能,对把心理援助渗透于体育教学过程的具体做法提出相关意见和建议。Post--disaster reconstruction in the earthquake area is a long--term process and post--disaster psychological recovery, especially psychological recovery of children in the disaster areas which is a deep concern of psychologists and educators, is a difficult task. An urgent problem for the whole society at present is to provide scientific and effective psychological assistance for them, to help these children out of the shadow of the disaster and renew their hope for life. From the standpoint of physical education and the specific situation of young student in the disaster area, combining with the features of physical education, this article points out some valuable comments and suggestions on infiltrating psychological assistance in the process of physical education.
