摘　　要：大学生的心理健康状况不容乐观并日趋严重。通过在高校体育教学中开展心理健康教育课程,充分利用体育自身独特的运动特性,可以使大学生在体育教学中培养良好的心理素质,有效地促进大学生的心理健康发展。Nowadays college students＇ mental health is becoming worse and worse. However, we can make use of physical education＇s special movement characteristic to foster college students＇ sound mental quality, and facilitate the development of their mental heath efficiently, by means of mental health education courses in college.
