摘　　要：山西20年坚持深化农村教育综合改革,努力使农村教育适应农村发展需要,推进社会主义新农村建设。20年实践与探索的经验,成为办好人民满意教育的宝贵财富。面对新形势新任务,要研究解决制约改革深入发展的新情况新问题,使改革坚持下去,与时俱进。In the past 20 years, Shanxi has been deepening the comprehensive reformation of rural education, trying to make it meet the requirements of the rural development and to promote the building of the new soeialist countryside. The 20 years of practice and experience have become the valuable wealth for undertaking the education people are satisfied with. Confronted with the new situation and the new tasks, we must study the new situation and solve the new problems restricting the further reform, so that we can go ahead with the reform and keep up with the times.
