摘 要:企业的发展是国家振兴的微观基础,随着知识型企业在知识经济中扮演的角色日益重要,知识型员工逐步成为知识型企业的工作主体。在此背景下,研究如何不断培育和提升知识型员工的有效工作能力显得迫切而重要,而要培育和提升知识型员工的能力首先要明确知识型员工应具备哪些与有效工作业绩存在内在联系的胜任特征。在相关文献梳理的基础上,给出了一个知识型员工胜任特征模型研究的总体框架。在此框架之下,界定了知识型员工胜任特征的内涵,并建立了知识型员工胜任特征模型的三维立体框架,主要包括三个维度,即知识与技术能力、职位行为能力和基本行为能力。The development of enterprises is the microcosmic basis of state revitalization. Along with the increasingly important role of knowledge-based enterprises in the knowledge economy, knowledge workers gradually become the main body of work in knowledge-based enterprises. In this background, it is urgent and important to study how to foster and enhance the effective competency of knowledge workers. However, one thing must be clear before fostering and enhancing the effective competency of knowledge workers, that is knowledge workers should possess which kinds of competencies connecting with the effective performance. Based on literature review, a framework for competency model of knowledge workers has been put forward. The frame is composed of three main dimensions, which are respectively knowledge and technical competency, position behavior competency and basic behavior competency.
