端粒酶hTRT在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜组织中端粒酶催化亚单位（hTRT）表达对子宫内膜癌的诊断意义。方法采用原位杂交法对40例子宫内膜癌、20例子宫内膜不典型增生及8例正常子宫内膜组织的hTRT表达进行检测。结果子宫内膜癌组织hTRT表达阳性率为87．5％，明显高于子宫内膜不典型增生与正常子宫内膜组织（P〈0．01）；子宫内膜不典型增生组织hTRT表达阳性率（40％）较正常子宫内膜组织（12．5％）高，但差异无统计学显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论从正常子宫内膜到子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜癌，hTRT表达阳性率逐渐增高，提示hTRT阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展高度相关，对子宫内膜癌的诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the value of human telomerase reverse transcriptase （hTRT） in the diagnosis of en- dometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of hTRT in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 20 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 8 cases of normal endometrium were detected by in situ hybridization（ISH）. Results The positive rate of hTRT（87.5%） in endometrial carcinoma was remarkably higher than those ,40% and 12.5%, in endometrial atyp- ical hyperplasia and normal endometrium respectively（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion From normal endometrium to endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma,the expression of hTRT is increased gradually,which indicate hTRT posi- tive expression being closely related to the progress of endometrial carcinoma and playing an important role in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
