摘　　要：差速器壳生产线精益生产技术改造的首要工作是制定科学的工作计划。技术改造的重点是选择最佳的设备布局、设计合理的周转工具、工序之间采用单元优化组合。The first task of Differential shell production line technological transformation of lean production is to formulate a scientific program of work. The focus of technology is to choose the best layout of equipment,design reasonable working tools,used the unit optimizat between processes.
