摘　　要：本研究针对学生当前成长中遇到的主要问题和心理困惑,尝试在心理健康教学中的进行团体辅导式教学。本文主要介绍团体辅导式心理健康教学的过程与主要方法、技巧。Group counseling is an important and effective way in mental health education in universities. It can be transplanted to the teaching of mental health as a working mode and its method and skill brought into the class can strenghten the actual effect. This study attempts to use group counseling in the teaching of mental health according to students＇ mental problem and confusion. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the process, the method and skill of group counseling used in the teaching of mental health.
