摘  要:教什么、怎么教是当前教育研究的中心问题。教师要处理好"教"的问题,必须研究"学"的问题。文章通过阐释陶行知"以教人者教己"思想中"先学后教"和"为教而学"的内容,深入探究教师的"学"如何立足学生,以研究性的态度和方法,培养学生"自动"的能力和创造的能力。The main issue of current educational research is what and how to teach. If dealing with the problem of how to teach properly, one needs to explore the problem of how to learn. The paper aims at enhancing the teaching quality and facilitating teachers' lemming before teaching. The author then analyzes Tao Xing-zhi' s idea of "teaching oneself with what one teaches others" and interrelation between learning before teaching and learning for teaching. On this basis, the author offers suggestions on how to integrate teacher' s learning into student' s teaching in order to develop students' self-learning and further improve their creative capability.
