摘 要:本文运用复杂适应系统理论探讨了中国民营企业在动态环境下的发展方式,通过追踪考察3家知名民营企业的发展史,揭示了一种适应性成长路径。结果显示:在动态变化环境下,导致中国民营企业持续成长的并非是其事先制定好的战略规划和战略部署、准确的产品定位等。相反,很多民营企业在成立之后相当长一段时间内缺乏清晰的战略定位,为了生存和发展,它们向各个可能的创业方向伸出探索的触角。有些探索失败,有些探索成功。失败的探索被摒弃或改善,成功的探索被强化;企业通过对成功"基因"的复制和交叉组合,实现非线性、涌现的增量发展和创新成长。正是通过这种"探索—强化—复制—交叉组合创新"的适应性成长路径,民营企业实现了令人惊叹的持续发展。This article explores how China private enterprises have developed under a dynamic environment from the Complex Adaptive System's perspective and puts forward an adaptive growth path model through inves-tigating the history of three private enterprises in southern China.The results show that,lacking strategic plans and product pitches for a long time since their establishment,these private enterprises exploited every possible direction for survival and development.Some of them were failure and other became successful.The failed ones were abandoned or corrected,while the 'genes' of successful explorations were copied and flexibly combined with one another to realize non-linear-and-emergent types of development and innovation.It is this adaptive de-velopment path of 'exploitation-enhancement-duplication-crossover' that helps China's private enterprises achieve dramatically continuous growth.
