校企联合培养体育学硕士研究生模式探析

摘　　要：为了解决高校体育学硕士研究生扩招带来的一系列问题和体育企业缺乏既懂生产、销售和管理同时又懂体育的复合型专业人才的矛盾,探讨校企联合培养体育学硕士研究生的模式,以保证扩招后体育学硕士研究生的培养质量,促进产学研相结合,提高高校体育学的办学水平和体育企业的研发能力。For resolving the problems brought by the expansion of sports science graduate students and the lack of professional talents who are good at production,sale,management and sports,the study explores the sports science graduate education training mode by the universities and enterprise cooperation aiming at guarantee the quality,promote the combination of production,study and research,and raise the level of university sports science operation and the research and developmental ability of the sports business enterprise.
