摘　　要：文章从理论和实践上论述了继续教育是高职院校技能型紧缺人才培养的重要补充手段,明确指出建筑类技能型紧缺人才培养是广西当前促进工业化和城镇化进程的关键所在,并针对全日制教育人才培养的局限性,提出高职院校建筑类技能型紧缺人才培养的继续教育思路。Based on the theory and practice, the article explains the continuing education is an important way to supplement the training for the shortage of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, points out the fact that construction skilled talent is the key to promote the process of industrialization and urbanization in Guangxi, and proposes some tranining of thoughts on the continuing education in traning for the shortage of construction skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in connection with the limitions of training for the full-time education for talent.
