摘　　要：文章针对目前医学教育临床实践教学现状,以提高学生临床综合能力为核心,从建设临床技能中心、改革临床实践教学体系和课程体系、更新教学内容、合理利用医学模拟教育、网络教学平台等先进的教学手段、加强教学过程管理和质量监控等方面对临床实践教学模式进行实践性研究和探索。In view of the existing problems in current clinical practice teaching of medical education and in order to develop medical talents a series of researches and initiatives have been taken to construct a new mode：establishing a clinical skill center; the innovation of clinical practice teaching system and course system; updating the content of courses;making use of medical simulation in reason;strengthening the process management and quality monitoring of teaching.
