摘　　要：上海交通大学医学院自2005起开展"发展性督导评价"的研究与实践。实践表明该方法有利于调动师生参与督导评价的热情,进一步凝聚全院力量搞好质量工程建设;有利于加快督导评价队伍建设,进一步深化督教、督学和督管的功能;有利于构建合理的督导评价体系,进一步完善教学质量保证系统。The developmental inspection has been investigated by Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine. Some practices show that the developmental inspections have also contributed to making full use of every teacher and student, promoting the functions of teaching inspection and perfecting the quality guarantee system of medical education.
