正性暗示法在临床护理教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨正性暗示法在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法将150名护生采用数字表法随机分为实验组74名与对照组76名。对照组采用传统的"一带一"教学方法,实验组在"一带一"教学方法基础上,采用正性暗示方法进行教学。结果两组护生在自我满意度、患者满意度、导师评价优良率和出科考核优良率方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在临床护理教学中,运用正性暗示法对提高护生的实践能力,增强护生自信心和责任感,提高临床护理教学质量具有一定的意义。Objective To investigate the effect of applying positive implication in clinical nursing teaching. Methods 150 nursing students were randomized into the experiment group (n = 74) and the control group (n = 76). In the control group, the traditional 'one-to-one' teaching method was used and in the experiment group, the positive implication method besides' one-to-one' teaching was used. Result There were significant differences in terms of self-satisfaction degree, patients' comfort rate, excellence rate by teacher's evaluation and the excellence rate by examination in the two groups (all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In clinical teaching, the positive implication method may improve practical ability of the nursing students, reinforce their self-esteem and responsibility and improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
