白斑经β─胡萝卜素治疗后棘细胞形态学研究

摘　　要：口腔粘膜白斑经β─胡萝卜素（β－carotene，简称β─C）治疗后，在临床白色斑块消失后一段时间内出现复发。本研究通过对治疗前后的病变标本棘细胞形态学进行观察后提示：治疗后的棘细胞与正常粘膜比较，其形态学方面仍有显著性差异，说明白斑的痊愈并不是临床症状的消失，而在于其上皮细胞形态学意义的痊愈。Oral leukoplakia will be recurrence in a certain stage which treated with beta-caroteneThis study showed that the morphometric of the suprabassal cells of oral leukoplakia cured with betacarotene had significant diffirence compared with normal mucosa, and the curative effect is not the clinical oral write lesion vanished, nevertheless is cured in the morphometric aspects of the oral leukoplakia.
