摘  要:采用三维建模软件SolidWorks和虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS相结合的方法,建立三缸集成动力型水泵样机主体部分的动力学模型,对其进行动力学仿真并对仿真结果进行分析。仿真计算结果表明:集成动力型水泵活塞-压水柱塞组件的速度变化区间为-7.46~7.40m/s;加速度变化区间为-1481~781m/s^2;曲轴速度波动系数为2.64%左右。动力学仿真计算结果为集成动力型水泵的优化和改进设计奠定了基础。The main part of a three-cylinder integrated power water pump dynamic prototype is established with software Solid- Works and ADAMS. Dynamic simulation is accomplished and results of the simulation are analyzed. The simulation results show that the velocity interval of the piston and pressurized water plunger piston assembly is between - 7.46 - 7.40m/s, the acceleration interval is between - 1481 - 781 m/s^2, and the crankshaft speed fluctuation coefficient is about 2.64%. The results of the dynamic simulation lay a foundation for optimization and design improvement of the integrated power water pump.
