摘　　要：结合器官移植伦理委员会对一个特殊器官移植案例的审查,试从伦理委员会的审查范围,尤其是伦理委员会的职能等有关方面,对我国器官移植伦理委员会工作中的问题和困惑进行了探讨。In this paper, a unique case of organ transplantation was inspected by organ transplant ethics committee, through which we try to investigate the mode of current operation, problems and confusion of organ transplant ethics committee in China by the constitutive principles, inspection scope, process, content, especially the functional authority and other relevant contents of hospital ethics committee.
