摘  要:目的:比较不同采收时间、不同的储藏时间和不同叶龄叶中根皮苷的含量,为多穗柯的综合利用提供参考。方法:采用高效液相法进行根皮苷含量测定。结果:8月份采收叶中的根皮苷含量最高,含量达到7·6%,12份仅有3·3%,而不同的储藏时间集叶中以嫩叶含量最高,含量达到7·56%,储藏时间越长,根皮苷含量越低,平均每年下降22·52%,在不同叶龄中以嫩叶中根皮苷含量最高,生长时间越长,根皮苷含量越低。结论:多穗柯的叶可以作为根皮苷的资源植物加以利用。Objective.. To compare the contents of phloridzin in Lithocarpus polystarch Rehd during different gathering time, different storing time and different leaf years.The study may provide information for the utilization of the Lithocarpus polystarch.Method:The concentration of phloridzin was determined by the HPLC method.Result: The phloridzin content was the highest in August by gathering in different seasons.The content was 7.6%. In different store time, the content of the fresh leaves was highest, up to 7.56%.The phloridzin content was lower when the raw material was stored longer and descended average 22.52% annually.The contents of fresh leaves were the highest while? the biennial one the lowest. Conclusion. Lithocarpus po/ystarch can be used as the resource which is rich in phloridzin.
