摘 要:将容错控制理论应用于复合式混合动力客车控制策略开发中,提出了一种自适应能量容错管理的方法。该能量容错管理综合考虑了安全性能、行驶性能及能量分配方面的要求。通过基于模型的方法对故障进行诊断,分析其影响。利用等效燃油最小消耗(ECMS)思想,建立参数自适应容错控制策略,实现故障和无故障下对系统性能的实时优化。对系统的容错性提出了一种基于功率误差的等价燃油消耗评价指标。仿真和试验结果表明该控制策略是实时可行的。An adaptive energy fault-tolerant management was developed by applying fault-tolerant techniques in the control strategy of a complex hybrid electric transit bus. This strategy features the requirements of energy management, drivability and safety. A model-based method was applied to identify the faults. The effects caused by the faults were analyzed and evaluated. Based on the concept of an equivalent fuel consumption minimization strategy (ECMS), an adaptive energyflow strategy was accomplished to achieve optimal performance under both normal and abnormal situations. An equivalent fuel consumption index was formulated to evaluate the fault tolerant strategy in terms of the power following error. Simulations and experiments indicate that this strategy is working.
