摘　　要：笔者从双语教师的专业标准和双语教学任务出发,在调查实践一线教师和学生对合格双语教师应具备何种双语教学能力看法的基础上,对双语教师的教学能力进行解析,认为双语教师的教学能力由双语表达能力、双语教学设计能力和双语教学实施能力构成。This article from the professional standards for bilingual teachers and bilingual teaching task in the investigation of the practice of front-line teachers and students of qualified bilingual teachers in bilingual education should have the ability to view what. based on the teaching of bilingual ability to resolve that bilingual teachers ability of expression by the bilingual, bilingual instructional design and implementation of bilingual teaching ability.
