摘  要:目的探讨香丹注射液抗急性心肌缺血有效部位。方法采用垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血实验,基于正交设计和径向基函数神经网络,提出了香丹注射液的药效预测模型。采用留一法检验对模型的预测能力进行了交叉验证。结果预测药效与实验药效之间存在良好的线性关系(R2=0.99)。结论本研究所建立的药效预测模型可以对复方不同组合进行药效预测,多个配伍组的药效优于原方,其中尤以石油醚、正丁醇和水效果为最佳。Objective To investigate the active fraction of Xiangdan injection against acute myocardial ischemia. Methods Acute myocardial ischemia model in rats induced by pituitrin was adopted by orthogonal experiment, a radial basis function ( RBF ) neural network model was established for pharmacodynamics prediction of Xiangdan injection, and the model was cross-evaluated by jackknife test. Results Good linear relationship between predictive responses and observed responses was obtained ( R2 = 0.99 ). Conclusion The present model could predict the drug actions for different combinations of the formulations, the pharmaeodynamic actions of several formulas were superior to that of the original formulation, and ADE ( i. e. ,ligarine, n-butanol and water) had the best effect.
