高职院校酒店管理专业“人才班”培养模式存在的问题和对策——以海口经济学院酒店管理专业为例

摘　　要：海口经济学院旅游学院与三亚喜来登度假酒店、博鳌索菲特酒店和博鳌金海岸酒店举办了三期高职高专酒店管理专业“人才班”，取得了较大的成功。但不可否认在这过程中也存在一些问题，探讨其存在的问题并对症下药有利于“人才班”更好的发展。文章从人才培养方案实施，教学改革、学生管理和协调机制进行了初探。Haikou College of Economics has set up three rounds of ＂Class for Talents＂ for the Hotel Administration Majors with Sanya Sheraton Holiday Hotel, Boao Sophiet Hotel and BoaoGolden Beach Hotel and great success has been achieved. However, there still exists problems in it and we need to discuss the solutions for its better development. This thesis talks about these from the aspects of the implementing of talents cultivation plan, teaching reformation, students management and corresponding system.
