摘　　要：对星路比葡萄柚的主要化学成分,包括水分含量、出汁率、可食率、蛋白质、脂肪、灰分及各种矿物质元素、维生素等的含量进行分析,并对其营养保健功效进行评价。Analysis of major chemical composition of Star Ruby grapefruit, including the reducing sugar, total sugar, soluble solids, total acid, moisture content, juice quota, edible quota, content of protein, fat, ash and various mineral element and vitamins, evaluation of the effectiveness of nutrition and health.
