摘 要:目的:将临床路径理念引入实习教学工作中,提高护生实习质量。方法:将120名护生随机分为两组,实验组采用根据临床路径理念制定的实习路径进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法,评价其教学效果。结果:两组护生实习满意度和考核成绩均有显著差异,实验组显著高于对照组。结论:实习路径能显著提高实习质量。Objective: Improve the practice quality of nursing students by introducing the conception of clinical pathway in the course of practice teaching for nursing students. Methods Four hundred and twenty nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and comparative group, practice pathway based on the conception of clinical pathway was provided for the experimental group, traditional teaching method was carried out for the comparative group, and their teaching effects were evaluated. Results:The satisfaction level of nurs- ing students and examination scores in the experimental group are significantly hig^er than those in the comparative group. Conclusion: practice pathway promotes significandy practice quality.
