摘  要:随着社会经济发展,科学技术进步,医学模式的转变,医学教育改革的深化,培养高质量医药卫生人才,促进医学生全面发展,必须加强医学生人文素质教育和培养健康人格。本文分析了医学人文素质教育体系构建的必要性,医学生健康人格培养的重要性,对医学生人文素质教育与健康人格培养的途径以及医学生人文素质教育在促进医学生健康人格塑造中的作用进行了论述。With the development of society and economy, progresses in science and technology, the change of medical pattern and the deepening of medical education reform, we must strengthen the humanity quality education for medical students and raise healthy personality in order to educate high grade medical and sanitary talented person and to make the students all-around development. To strengthen the humanity quality education for medical students is the way to enhance the overall quality and promote morality,intelligence and physique full-scale development and to play a vital role in molding the personality of medical students. Firstly, this article analyzed the goal of humanity quality education for medical students and its necessity of medical humanity quality education construction:and the importance of healthy personality of medico. Secondly, this article analyzed the way of humanity quality education and healthy personality of medico and its function in molding the healthy personality of medico.
