摘　　要：高职院校区别于普通高等教育的特点决定了其应具有不同于普通高等教育的考试考核制度，改革高职院校的考试考核制度是实现其人才培养目标的需要，更是提高学生职业能力和就业能力的需要。The distinction between vocational colleges and the general characteristics of higher education should be different in its general examination and assessment system. Reforming the examination and assessment system in vocational colleges is a must of personnel training to achieve its goals, it can also improve students professional ability and employability needs.
