提高创业教育师资队伍整体水平的途径

摘　　要：创业教育是社会发展的要求，是高校生存与发展的需要，作为“传道、授业、解惑”的师资队伍显然担当着不可或缺的重要角色。当前，我国创业教育高素质师资严重不足。高校创业教育的成功开展应从提高创业教育师资队伍整体水平着手，采取一定的措施，建立一支专兼职动态发展的创业教育专家体系。Career-creation education is the requirement of social development, it also close related to the survival and development of college. Teacher is the person who teaches students knowledge, tells students the way to live and answers students＇ questions, which quoted from of Archaic Chinese. So the teacher＇ s team obviously play very important role on career-creation education. Seriously Lack of high-quality teacher＇ s team existed in career-creation education. The successfully development of career-creation education in college should start from improvement of teacher＇ s team. We should adopt definite measure to establish a system of career-creation education expert who can consider the dynamic development.
