中职“问题学生”转化之我见

摘　　要：本文讲述了中等职业学校近几年生源素质下降，能否有效地转化“问题学生”成了中职教育中的一大迫切需要解决的难题。作者认为只要中职教师以爱为起点，树立科学的教育观，就能积极引导“问题学生”走出困境。This article narrated the secondary vocational school to live the source quality to drop in recent years , whether transformed ＂the question student＂ to become the difficult problem effectively which in the duty education one big urgent needed to solve. The author thought so long as the duty teacher take loves as the beginning,the setting up science education view, can guide ＂the question student＂ to go out the difficult position positively.
