CYP17基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌关系的Meta-分析

摘　　要：目的综合评价CYP17基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌遗传易感性的关联强度。方法通过检索万方,维普,CNKI,Medline,springerlink和PUBMED等中英文数据库,获取CYP17基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌遗传易感性关系的研究结果,所纳入文献均采用病例--对照研究的设计,以乳腺癌组与对照组人群基因型分布的OR值为效应指标,采用Rev Man4.2软件进行Meta-分析,并根据一致性检验的结果选用合适的模型(固定模型或随机模型)进行数据的合并。结果本次Meta-分析共纳入符合要求的文献7篇,其中英文5篇,中文2篇,累计病例数和对照数分别为1926例和3200例。CYP17c/c(纯合子模型)合并OR值为1.09(95%CL:0.91～1.30),Z值为0.93,相应的P值为0.35。CYP17c/t(杂合子模型)合并OR值为0.84(95%CL:0.64～1.12),Z值为1.19,相应的P值为0.23。其中5篇文献把所研究总体女性分成绝经前及绝经后人群,Meta-分析结果显示绝经前后均未发现存在相关性。结论尚无足够的证据证明CYP17基因多态性与中国女性乳腺癌易感性有确切关系。Objective To evaluate the relationship between polymorphisms of CYP17 ge concerning CYP17 gene and breast cancer among Chinese females were analyzed. Results Seven ease-control studies with five in English were selected for this Meta-analysis,containing 1926 breast cancer cases and 3200 controls. The pooled OR value of CYP17c/c and CYP17c/t compared to CYP17t/t were 1.09 （95%CL：0.91-1.30） and 0.84 （95%CL：0.64 -1.12）,Z statistics were 0.93 and 1.19,and their responding P values were 0.35 and 0.23. Five of the seven case-control studies divided Chinese female population into post-menopausal group and pre-menopaasal group. No obvious relationship between CYP17 gene and breast cancer was found in either group. Conclusion Genetic polymorphism of CYP17 gene might not contribute to the susceptibility of breast cancer among Chinese female.
