摘　　要：结合SOPC(System on Programmable Chip)技术与虚拟仪器技术,采用能较真实地反映目标散射特征的三维多散射中心模型实时计算目标回波波形,实现了高分辨雷达接收系统反映目标散射特征及其动态变化的实时雷达信号回波模拟系统。重点介绍了基于目标电磁散射特征模拟的实时算法、模拟器的系统结构以及高速数模混合SOPC系统设计与实现的关键技术。SOPC系统采用V2p40,系统主频为300MHz可输出120MHz以下的中频信号。The real-time radar echo simulation system which can simulate the scattering character of the moving target is realized. The 3D multiple scattering center model which can represent the scattering character of the object combined with the SOPC technology and the Virtual Instrument technology is adopted in the real-time calculation of the echo wave of the object. The real-time arithmetic, the system structure of the simulation system and the key technology of high speed hybrid digital analog system on the programmable chip are chiefly discussed. The Virtex2p40 is adopted in the system. The system frequency is 300MHz and the output IF signal is within 0 to 120MHz.
