摘　　要：给出了张量空间AH构成L-R扭曲Smash积的一个充要条件及其性质,并给出了L-R扭曲Smash积代数结构与张量积余代数结构相容的充要条件。A sufficient and necessary condition for the tensor space A×H forming L-R twisted smash products and its properties are given, and then a sufficient and necessary condition for the L-R twisted smash products algebra structure and tensor products coalgebra structure to form a bialgebra is given.
