摘　　要：借助电子万能材料试验机能精准加载、测力及测位移等功能，计算、设计了以弹簧为被连接件的简单紧螺栓连接实验装置，方便了预紧力的测量与计算，操作简单，成本低，取得了较好的实验效果，使学生在动手实践中拓宽了思路。A simple tight bolt connection experiment device is designed. In which the universal testing machine is directly used for applying load, measuring force and displacement. And in order to simplify calculating preload, a spring is used as connected component. The experiment proves that the device can meet the requirements of experiment, it can be handled easily, and it has lower cost. It widens the consideration of the students.
