规范建设与管理实验动物中心 促进眼科学发展

摘　　要：通过分析眼科学实验动物中心的规范建设及管理过程,有针对性地阐述了建设眼科学动物中心的几个要点,包括:依法规建设保证质量、做好日常管理制度等软件建设、动物实验中心的人力资源建设、研究设备等硬件平台的建设等。介绍了用于培训练习的功能,供医院建立实验动物中心参考。The process of the normalized construction and management of ophthalmic laboratorial animal center was reviewed and analyzed. Several key points in constructing ophthalmic laboratorial animal center were addressed, including： how to ensure the quality by legal and normalized construction, the establishment of regulations for project management, human resources construction for the laboratorial animal center, the construction of the hardware platforms such as research equipments. Besides, as a helpful reference, training and practicing functions of the laboratorial animal center were also discussed.
