摘 要:中小学教师队伍专业化程度和发展水平,决定基础教育的质量。我国于20世纪末提出"教师专业化"的理念。作为教师培训机构应该深入探讨"教师专业化"的基本内涵和素质要求,还应研究如何首先抓好学科带头人培训,以及如何科学地设置培训内容。The quality of basic education is determined by the professionalization degree and development level of the primary and secondary school teachers. The idea of "teacher professionalization" was put forward in China at the end of the 20th century. The teacher in-service training organizations should do more research on the connotations and requirements of "teacher professionalization", on how to well train the academic leaders as well as on how to scientifically set up the training contents.
