摘　　要：为充分实现科技论文的交流功能,运用翻译目的论,研究科技论文的汉英翻译策略,提出了注重译文语言的可接受性、充分发挥科技英语的语体功能、理解译语的文化差异以及综合运用多种语言手段增强译文的可读性等策略,并通过具体译例阐述了其在科技论文汉英翻译中的应用。To fulfill the communicative function of the scientific paper, strategies in the Chinese - English translation of the scientific paper are investigated in the light of Skopos Theory. Four strategies, the acceptability of the target language, the cultural differences, stylistic functions as well as readability, are proposed. Also examples are given to further elucidate the points.
