摘 要:对照实验室评估指标体系,找出实验教学管理的不足。从实验教学过程管理入手,科学的理解过程管理的内涵,制定相关的改革措施。阐述了在实验教学过程中,从教学计划的制定到教学计划的实施各环节中所要注意的问题,提出了具体的管理办法。指出实验教学管理不仅仅是计划管理,更主要的是全体人员参加的过程管理。同时,在相关教学法规支持下,整个实验教学有规可循,从而使教学体系更加完善。Measured by the evaluation index system for the laboratories,the inadequacies of experimental teaching management are found out.Started with the management of the experimental teaching process,the contents of the process management can be understood in a scientific way,and relevant reform measures can be developed.This paper makes all the problems clear which should be paid more attention to in the experimental teaching process from the development of the teaching plan to the steps of being carried out,and it also shows specific management practices.It points out that the management of the experimental teaching is "process management"in which all the staff members participate rather than the management of teaching program.And with the relevant laws and regulations,the whole experimental teaching is rule-based and the teaching system is perfect.
